Details

Venue: Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa
Date: 18 February 2025 (Preliminary round) & 20 February 2025 (Final round)
Registration fee: 2,500 THB per person

Requirements & Registration

Team

5 members with at least 1 emergency physician*
At least one member must be proficient in English communication

Registration

All selected teams must register and confirm payment for the main conference and Asian EMS Competition within this date to be eligible for the competition.

Preliminary registration deadline: 31 October 2024
Country Selection deadline: 30 November 2024
- Only 2 teams (or less) per participating countries are allowed
- If there are more than 2 teams from the same country applying, the participating country will be responsible in selecting only 2 teams to apply for the competition

Competition registration deadline: 31 December 2024

Confirmation will be sent through email once you and your team complete the registration process

Competition Details

Rounds and Competitions

Preliminary round (15 Teams)
– 3 substages, Teams need to allocate members for each substage, and each member must participate 2 substages.
Final round (chosen 5 Teams)
– all members of each team must participate in the on-field competition.

Equipment

The organizing committee will provide equipment for participants, and there is no need for additional preparation. Upon successful registration, the committee will send out the equipment list.
There are no specific restrictions on personal carried equipment. During the check-in on the day of the competition, a check of personal equipment will be conducted. Staff will remove any items that may affect the fairness of the competition and prohibit their entry into the competition venue
